Baruch HaShem (Thank G-d) I am blessed a million times over to teach close to 20 classes each week for Jump Into Shape (yes, I am completely exhausted by the end of the last class, but I try not to show it..)... I've been asked what is my favorite class...
There are 2 answers - my favorite to teach and my favorite to "attend"...
My favorite to teach is any class I see one of our members making progress... It's most likely to occur at a beginner class when a new member jumps 20-30 seconds in a row without an error... sometimes it's at an intermediate class when someone does a crossovers with consistency for the first time... sometimes it's when out of no where and without coaching a member starts showing me double unders... and trust me I go crazy when these things happen and start yelling the persons name and shouting all kinds of praise to them right there live in the middle of the class... and then sometimes it's after the class is over and I get a message from a women that attended and they tell me they were able to handle the intense or advance class with limited breaks (for the classes I teach, the women's cameras are off per Jewish modesty rules)..
My favorite to "attend"... I think all my members know that it is hands down our 20 minute intense class... this is the class that I plan to push myself and see what I can or can't do... sometimes it's the 3lb ropes... sometimes it's tons of double unders... once it was the 1lb rope for 20 minutes straight with zero errors or breaks (I even have the video to prove it)... the other part I like about this class is how many people come who are not on an "intense" level because they like to physically and mentally challenge themselves in a healthy and safe way...
Please tell me what you like about your "profession" or "job" although I have so much fun and it is amazingly rewarding that I am HaShem's messenger to help others, that I really don't look at Jump Into Shape in those terms... In either case, what do you like most? Are you able to personally benefit or be challenged by your "job"... look forward to hearing from you...
Thank you and many blessings, Moshe
