How Often to Jump

Some people want to jump right in (pun intended!) and do several classes in their first week. We advise beginners to start out jump roping once a week as their muscles and joints adjust to jumping. When I first started jumping and did too much, I had to take a few weeks off to recoup. We recommend this article for guidance on how often you should jump each week.
