Dear CEO,

Thank you so much for taking the time to consider the possibility of a corporate wellness program for your company. Jump Into Shape can structure a program to fit virtually any budget your organization has. We offer discounted pricing when we partner with corporations, allowing your employees to join at a special rate in exchange for your company promoting health and wellness as a core value for your staff.

As far as who covers the cost, we're completely flexible. Your company could simply offer the program and allow employees to join at the discounted rate using a special code. You could fully subsidize the membership. Or the cost could be shared between the company and the employee. There are many ways to structure it depending on your company's budget and goals.

If your company does choose to subsidize memberships, we strongly recommend having a minimum participation requirement, such as a set number of classes per month, in order to remain eligible. That helps ensure the benefit is actually being used and that employees are getting real value from it. It may also be worthwhile to speak with your insurance broker. Some insurance companies have wellness funds or incentives available to support employee health initiatives, and those dollars can sometimes be applied toward programs like this.

Beyond the actual exercise classes, our goal is to help create a real culture of health within your company. Depending on participation, we can create a private one-way WhatsApp group for staff with motivation, wellness tips, reminders, contests, and encouragement. We can also run exclusive raffles and challenges, weekly accountability polls, and an "Ask the Fitness Experts" feature where employees can anonymously submit health and fitness questions for our trainers to answer. Your company could also reinforce the program with its own incentives, such as extra personal time, healthy catered lunches, gift cards, or wellness-related prizes.

We also offer discounted pricing for household and family members, so employees who enroll can bring their families along at a special rate — giving households an opportunity to adopt healthier habits together.

The broader goal is simple: help employees become healthier, stronger, more energized, and more consistent. That can improve morale, productivity, and attendance, but just as importantly, it sends a message that your company values its employees as people, not only as workers.

There is also research supporting the potential financial value of workplace wellness. A study published in Health Affairs found that medical costs fell by about $3.27 and absenteeism costs fell by about $2.73 for every dollar invested in workplace wellness programs. (Source: Baicker, Cutler & Song, "Workplace Wellness Programs Can Generate Savings," Health Affairs, 2010.)

Thank you again for considering this opportunity. We would be very happy to continue the conversation and tailor a program specifically for your company.

Many blessings,

Moshe
