A Powerful Lesson from My Rabbi—That Might Apply to You Too

I heard someone ask my Rabbi how he avoids burnout while constantly giving shiurim (Jewish lectures), answering endless questions, and being there for his students and community.

His answer stuck with me: “I make sure I’m always learning for my own growth—not just preparing for the next lecture.”

💡 Wow. That hit home.

I spend so much time creating workout programs—12-minute routines ⏱️, beginner, intermediate, advanced sessions—always focused on others. But if it’s only for others, burnout is inevitable.

So, this pre-Shabbos workout was just for me. No Jump Into Shape gear, no jump rope—just hitting the punching bag 🥊, working on the peg board (not my best day! 😅), and the pull-up bar 💪. And it felt amazing.

Take time for yourself. When you challenge and refresh yourself, everyone who depends on you benefits.

Wishing you all a meaningful day! ✨

Many blessings,

Moshe
