The 10-minute session is the ideal way to fit regular exercise into your life. We offer two 10-minute classes:
jump rope and bodyweight exercises
bodyweight exercises only
This full length class for experienced jump ropers combines various jump rope skills and bodyweight exercises for a challenging workout.
New to jump roping? Request a one-on-one session to learning the fundamentals and basic jumps.
