Each jump roping class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout with weighted jump ropes and/or bodyweight exercises. Yoga, pilates, and stretch classes are for women only. All classes are live-streamed giving you the convenience to join from anywhere. Pick the session that best fits your schedule. 

12-MINUTE SESSION

The 12-minute session is the ideal way to fit regular exercise into your life. We offer three 12-minute classes:

  • Jump rope and bodyweight exercises

  • Women's pilates stretch

  • Women's pelvic power

30- and 45-MINUTE JUMP SESSION

These full-length classes provide a challenging jump roping workout at beginner, intermediate, advanced, and intense levels. Yoga, pilates, and stretch classes are designed for women at all levels.

  • Jump rope and bodyweight exercises

New to jump roping? Request a one-on-one session to learn the fundamentals and basic jumps.
