Ropeless, Stretch, Weights, and Core
If you're looking to build muscle, improve your cardiovascular health, or work on your core, this program is for you! It's especially great for those 60+ with limited mobility or injuries, or for anyone working out in apartments or tight spaces. We use ropeless ropes, making it easy on the joints while still giving you an effective full-body workout.
CardioFlex Strength
If you’re ready for a challenging 10-week program using 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb jump ropes, this is for you! Perfect for people of all ages looking to start or restart their fitness journey. You'll boost your energy, increase your body’s movement, and build a lasting habit of exercise—all from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Moshe Moskowitz
Moshe is the founder and head trainer of Jump Into Shape. At 40, he discovered jump roping as an effective way to get fit, losing 14 lbs in one year. He founded Jump Into Shape in 2018, offering programs that support members in their fitness journeys. Moshe has designed every aspect of the experience, helping hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals through accountability and personalized coaching.
Shirra Haddad
Shirra is a holistic health coach certified in nutrition, personal training, and yoga. She believes in bio-individuality, tailoring health plans to each person’s needs. Shirra leads women's-only pilates, bodyweight, and stretch programs that focus on creating balance, long-term wellness, and sustainable habits for her clients to achieve overall mind-body harmony.
Chris Jenke
Chris is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. He empowers clients to push past their limits and build confidence with every milestone. Chris is also the author of a book on relieving back pain, showing people that there’s no limit to what they can achieve when they stay dedicated.
Michele Moskowitz
Michele followed Moshe's lead and discovered jump roping as a convenient and effective way to get in shape. As a full-time working mother, for many years exercise was not her top priority. Jump roping changed that and allowed her to fit fitness into her day. It wasn't long until Michele advanced to leading the women's only jump roping classes. Her favorite class is the women's only 30-minute Sunday morning beginner class (Sundays at 8:00 am EST), because a day that starts with exercise is a good one.

Tiffany is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in longevity and women's health. She offers private training and group fitness classes to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Tiffany's holistic approach to fitness is reflected in her breadth of knowledge, experience as a former marathon runner and by her various certifications, including Yoga (RYT 200), Barre, Running Coach, TRX, Stretch & Mobility Coach.

Leya is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been leading a myriad of fitness classes for many years, as well as offering private sessions for clients of all ages and backgrounds. A wife, mom of 5 and an elementary school teacher, Leya's philosophy is that success in any of life's endeavors is made exponentially more attainable when feeling energized and strong. Through her own love of health and exercise, Leya has been inspiring clients to share in her passion through a multi-faceted and rigorous routine that seeks to bring out the hidden strengths in each person and leave them feeling their very best. Leya is super excited to be part of the Jump Into Shape team!
