About the Program

In this class you'll learn the basics of jump roping.

The class will meet on Wednesday evenings at 8:30pm at Congregation Israel of Springfield on the following dates:

May 15, 22, 29

June 5, 12, 19

Jumper are asked to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and to bring a bottle of water. Ropes and mats are provided for in-class use.
