About the Program
In this class you will learn the basics of jump roping.
The class will meet on Sunday afternoons from 12:15pm-1:00pm at Veterans Memorial Park in Bergenfield on the following dates:

Rain or shine.
Jumper are asked to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and to bring a bottle of water. Ropes and mats are provided for in-class use.
