About the Program
In this 4-week program, you'll learn the proper form and technique for jump roping - the exercise that burns more calories per hour than running, biking, and rowing.*
For only $100, you'll receive:
- 2 brand new Crossrope weighted jump ropes (one 1/4lb rope and one 1/2 rope) [$99 value]
