Who should do this program? Anyone interested in building strength and overall conditioning using body weight and dumbbell exercises performed in a circuit format. The 20-minute classes are designed to help people of any fitness level develop full-body functional strength, aerobic and muscular stamina, and to improve overall movement quality. These classes progress weekly, varying exercises, tempo, and intensity. What do I need? 1. An exercise mat, dumbells, and a desire to live a healthier life with a healthy exercise routine. 2. A variety of free weights. What can I expect? The program includes three 20-minute weight training videos per week, including a class with the following: a) full body with weights, b) lower body with weights, and c) upper body with weights. The class will become more challenging throughout the program and the participant should add additional weight for more resistance. Do I need experience in weight training? Yes. You should know the basics. What is included in the program? 3 video workouts per week for 8 weeks Dumbbells are NOT included. Ropes and mat NOT included for current members. *** There is no cost for regular monthly Jump Into Shape members***
