Who is this program for? This program is ideal for anyone looking to build strength and improve overall conditioning through bodyweight and dumbbell exercises performed in a circuit-style format. Each 20-minute class is designed for participants of any fitness level and focuses on developing: * Full-body functional strength * Aerobic and muscular endurance * Improved movement quality The classes progress weekly, with variations in exercises, tempo, and intensity to keep you challenged and engaged. What do I need? * An exercise mat, dumbbells, and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle through consistent exercise. * A variety of free weights to allow for progressive resistance as you get stronger. What can I expect? The program includes three 20-minute strength-training videos per week, featuring: 1. Full-body with weights 2. Lower body with weights 3. Upper body with weights Each week builds on the previous one, gradually increasing in difficulty. Participants are encouraged to add weight as they progress for greater resistance and results. Do I need experience with weight training? Yes — participants should have a basic understanding of weight training before beginning the program. What’s included in the program? 3 video workouts per week for 8 weeks Dumbbells are not included.
