The time leading up to Pesach is exciting as we prepare to leave Egypt once again. But with all the cleaning, cooking, traveling, and planning, it can also be overwhelming. No one can go non-stop—breaks are essential. Instead of collapsing, use them to recharge. Exercise is a great way to boost energy, relieve stress, and keep you feeling your best. Jump Into Shape is thrilled to offer a Women's Pesach Program, featuring classes the week before Pesach and during Chol HaMoed. This program includes four incredible trainers—Leya, Tiffany, Shirra, and Naftali—leading 10- to 20-minute sessions in pilates, weights, full-body workouts, and more. You don’t have to do every class—just make time for yourself during this busy season. A few sessions can make all the difference. It’s always the right time to invest in your health! What You Need: 1. An exercise mat 2. Free weights (up to 5 lbs) 3. A commitment to living a healthier life through regular exercise What to Expect: The program includes 2 classes per day, totaling 25 to 35 minutes per night. Experience Required: Basic knowledge of weight training is recommended. The Pilates classes are from our Intro to Pilates program, making them accessible for beginners.
