About the Program
It's simple. You commit to trying Jump Into Shape for one month (30 days) for free (see note below regarding the $1.00 charge that is returned), and we lend you the ropes and mat to use. Once you sign up we will send you the equipment in the mail and start your month after you receive it and have your first online jump rope tutorial with one of our trainers. Â At the end of the month, you decide to either continue with one of our many membership plans and purchase the equipment or return the equipment at no cost to you. You have nothing to lose and all to gain by bringing jump roping into your fitness routine! Â 7 weekly women's only classes including jump roping, pilates stretch, pilates and pelvic power.
