About the Event
In this 45-minute class, you will receive personalized coaching from Russell Moskowitz, founder of Jump Into Shape, while learning the basics of jump roping. Through a high intensity interval training with weighted jump ropes and bodyweight exercises, you'll experience a fun and challenging full-body workout. Class will be accessible via computer, ipad, or smart phone. A large screen will provide a better class and coaching experience.
Recommended Equipment: 1/2lb rope and fitness mat (We recommended Crossrope ropes). Bergen County residents can borrow rope and the mat for the class. Alternatively, a non-weighted fitness jump rope can be used for this free class.
