About the Program

In this class you'll learn the basics of jump roping.

The class will meet on Sunday mornings at 8:45am at Veterans Memorial Park in Bergenfield on the following dates:

June 30, July 7, and July 14

Jumper are asked to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and to bring a bottle of water. Ropes and mats are provided for in-class use.
