Who is this program for? This program is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to start — or restart — their exercise routine. It’s ideal for anyone looking to: * Lead a healthier lifestyle * Increase daily movement and energy * Exercise from the privacy and comfort of home * Build a consistent habit of regular exercise What do I need? 1. Crossrope Get Lean Set (regular or ropeless), which includes a ¼ lb (green) and ½ lb (white) rope, plus an exercise mat. If you have limited space, live above others, are unable to jump, or have limited mobility, you can request ropeless ropes (yes, they exist — and they work great!). 2. Free weights at a level where 15 reps are challenging but achievable. 3. A desire to lead a healthier life. What can I expect? You’ll receive three videos per week, starting at 12–15 minutes each and gradually increasing to 20 minutes per session. Each week includes: * 1 stretch video * 1 jump rope and bodyweight video * 1 abs & weights or jump rope & weights video Do I need any prior experience? No experience is necessary. Once you sign up and receive your equipment, you’ll have a personal online jump rope tutorial with one of our Jump Into Shape instructors. During each class, you’ll get clear instructions for every movement. What’s included in the program? 1. 3 video workouts per week for 12 weeks 2. Crossrope jump ropes or ropeless ropes (Lean Set – $129 retail) 3. Exercise mat ($43 retail) 4. Shipping within the continental U.S. 5.
