Who Should Do This Program? This program is perfect for anyone new to exercise or waiting for their equipment to arrive. Whether you're just getting started or easing back into fitness, the Preseason Program is a gentle yet effective way to build a foundation. It’s also great for those who want to learn proper form before jumping into more intense workouts. What Can I Expect? The program includes two beginner-friendly 20-minute classes, one slightly more challenging 20-minute class that requires no equipment, and a series of short tutorials. These tutorials walk you through the right form for key moves like planks, squats, lunges, and more—helping you build confidence and move safely. Do I Need Experience in Bodyweight Training? Not at all! This program is designed with beginners in mind. The tutorials offer step-by-step guidance, and you can go at your own pace during the workouts. What Equipment Will I Need?
