Who Should Do This Program? Anyone looking to build strength, improve conditioning, and increase stamina. The 12-minute bodyweight and dumbbell workouts are structured in a circuit format, making them effective for individuals of any fitness level. You’ll develop full-body functional strength, aerobic and muscular endurance, and better movement quality. What Do I Need? 1) An exercise mat, dumbbells, and a commitment to staying consistent 2) A variety of free weights for progression What Can I Expect? The program includes: Three 12-minute strength training videos each week, focusing on: 1) Chest & shoulders 2) Back & biceps 3) Lower body with weights One 10-minute core class per week Do I Need Experience with Weight Training? Yes — you should already be familiar with the basics of weight training. What’s Included in the Program? * 4 video workouts per week, for 8 weeks * Sessions ranging from 10–12 minutes each What’s Not Included?
