Who should do this program? This program is designed for members looking for a beginner-friendly cardio workout using jump rope. It’s great for those who want to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness at a manageable pace while still getting a great sweat. What can I expect? This program includes 24 classes, with 3 classes per week. Each class is approximately 15 minutes and focuses entirely on jump rope cardio. You’ll use lighter ropes throughout the program, specifically 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb ropes. You may also use your ropeless ropes if needed. Each class begins with a quick warm-up stretch before moving into a variety of jump rope intervals. Work sets and recovery periods will range between 20–35 seconds, helping you build endurance without becoming overwhelming. The focus is on consistent movement, improving cardio fitness, building confidence with jump rope, and having fun while you move. You’re going to sweat, elevate your heart rate, and challenge yourself, but everything is designed to feel approachable and achievable. Do I need experience with jump rope training? No. This program is beginner-friendly and designed to help you become more comfortable with jump rope exercise over time. Modifications and pacing options will be provided throughout.
