What You Need: 1. An exercise mat. 2. Free weights up to 5 lbs. 3. A desire to live a healthier life with a healthy exercise routine. What to Expect: The program includes three 20-minute weight training videos per week. Each workout will focus on improving alignment, balance, stability, and mobility through proper form. Workouts involve various positions, including hands and knees, and can be done barefoot on a mat. The class will become more challenging throughout the program, and participants should add additional weight for more resistance. Experience Required: Basic knowledge of weight training is recommended. This program is designed to be accessible yet challenging, ensuring that you can progress safely and effectively.
