Who should do this program? This program is for members who want a challenging, fast-paced workout that combines jump rope, strength training, and endurance. If you already have experience with jump rope and are looking to push yourself while improving stamina, coordination, and overall conditioning, this class is for you. The pace moves quickly, the breaks are short, and the workouts are designed to keep you moving from start to finish. What can I expect? Each class is 15 minutes of nonstop work using cross loops, ¼ lb, ½ lb, 1 lb, and 2 lb ropes, combined with weights and bodyweight movements. Most classes focus on two body parts while also building cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina. Breaks are generally only 12 seconds long, keeping the intensity high and the energy up throughout the workout. This is a high-energy program designed to challenge both your body and your mind. The workouts are structured, efficient, and built to help improve endurance, coordination, and strength in a short amount of time. Do I need experience with jump rope or strength training? Yes. You should already feel comfortable with jump rope basics, including cross loops, as well as bodyweight and weighted exercises. The class moves quickly and is designed for members with prior experience.
