Who is this program for? Anyone—regardless of age or fitness level—looking to start or restart a consistent exercise routine. This program is ideal for those who want to improve their health, increase daily movement, boost energy, and build a sustainable fitness habit from the comfort and privacy of their home. What do I need? 1. A set of free weights that make 15 reps feel challenging but doable. 2. A commitment to leading a healthier lifestyle. What can I expect? You’ll receive 4 workout videos per week over an 9-week period. Sessions start at 12–15 minutes and gradually build up to 20 minutes. Each week includes a mix of: * Jump rope and bodyweight classes * Abs and weights classes * Jump rope and weights classes * Stretch/ beginnner classes Do I need experience with jump roping or using weights? Not at all. Once you sign up, you’ll get access to an online jump rope tutorial with a Jump Into Shape instructor. During each class, step-by-step instructions are provided for all exercises. You can also request a one-on-one tutorial and access our Movement Lab videos to learn proper form. What’s included? * 4 video workouts per week for 9 weeks * One-on-one online jump rope tutorial There is no cost for regular monthly Jump Into Shape members.
