Who should do this program? Anyone who is interested in building muscle, improving their cardiovascular system, expanding their flexibility, and strengthening their core. The class uses ropeless ropes ONLY. It is designed for beginners, people over 60, people with limited mobility or injuries, or people in apartments or tight spaces. The classes combine weights, ropeless ropes, and stretches and each class ends with 3 minutes of core exercise. What do I need? 1. A Crossrope 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb ropeless set 2. Free weights at a weight where 40 seconds is challenging yet achievable 3. An exercise mat 4. A desire to challenge yourself What can I expect? The program includes three 20-minute training videos per week. Each class includes 3 sections of 11 minutes, 6 minutes, and 3 minutes of core. The 11-minute and 6-minute sections rotate between using the ropeless roes, weights, and stretching. The class will become more challenging throughout the program and the participant should add additional weight for more resistance. Do I need experience in weight training? Yes, on a basic level. What is included in the program? 1. 3 video workouts per week for 8 weeks 2. Crossrope jump ropes or ropeless ropes, lean set (1 lb and 2lb, $129 retail) 3. Exercise mat ($40 retail) 4. Shipping in the continental US 5. Online one-on-one jump rope tutorial, for first-time members Dumbbells are NOT included. Ropes and mat NOT included for current members.
