💪 The HEAVY ROPE Program Who should do this program? This program is for experienced members who are ready for a serious challenge. If you’ve been training consistently with heavy ropes and want to push your cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and mental toughness* this is for you. This progrom is NOT for beginners — it’s intense, fast-paced, and demands both skill and stamina. What can I expect? Each class is 10 minutes of using heavy rope work, using the 1 lb and 2 lb ropes, with minimal breaks. There are no bodyweight or weight-training segments — it’s 100% rope-based. Expect: * Short active recovery periods * High-effort jump sets * Eendurance challenges * Minimal rest It’s a 8-week program, featuring 3 classes per week for the first 4 weeks, and 4 classes per week for last 4 weeks (28 total). You’ll sweat, burn, and grind through every minute — but when you finish, you’ll have achieved a new level of endurance, strength and stamina. Do I need experience? Yes. You should already be comfortable with both 1 lb and 2 lb ropes and familiar with basic and intermediate jump skills. This program does not stop to break down form — it’s built for members who already have solid rhythm, coordination, and rope control. What equipment will I need? * Crossrope 1lb and 2lb jump ropes * A mat (optional, for impact control) * Water and towel — absolutely essential
