Who should do this program? This program is perfect for all skill levels and anyone looking for a fun, effective total-body workout using ropeless ropes, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. Whether you’re just getting started or already exercising regularly, this program meets you where you are. Each class is designed to be done at a comfortable, sustainable pace, with options to increase intensity if you choose. Modifications are provided for every exercise. What can I expect? Every class is a full-body workout, designed to move muscles from head to toe. Classes are structured to keep you moving while still feeling achievable and enjoyable. Each class includes: * A warm-up to get your body ready * 3 rounds of exercise with plenty of water breaks * A cool down and stretch to finish Some classes focus on: * Bodyweight work using ropeless ropes * Strength training with dumbbells * Core-focused movements No two classes feel exactly the same, but every class leaves you energized, worked, and accomplished. Do I need prior experience? No experience is required. This program is designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering challenges for more advanced participants. You control the intensity, and clear modifications are given throughout.
