Who should do this program? This program is designed for women looking for a full body, intense workout. It’s best for someone who already has experience switching quickly from cardio to sculpting, moving efficiently from one exercise to the next, and staying focused through a fast paced class. What can I expect? The program includes 24 classes total, with 3 classes per week. Each class is 22 minutes long and begins with a warm up and stretch, then finishes with a cool down and stretching. Every class combines cardio + body sculpting, and ends with a 5 minute cardio boost of jump rope. * Class 1 each week: Lower body focus, strengthening with lunges, squats, and similar movements * Class 2 each week: Upper body and core, with a mix of standing and floor exercises * Class 3 each week: Full body focus, combining lower body, core, and upper body movements Do I need experience with jump rope or strength training? Yes. You should already be comfortable with cardio intervals and basic bodyweight sculpting movements, and able to transition quickly between exercises. The class keeps moving.
