Who should do this program? Women of all levels and ages looking to: a) increase their flexibility, b) master the fundamental principles of Pilates movement, alignment, posture, and breathing, and c) start weight training, build on their current strength, or return to resistance training after taking some time off. The intensity of the workouts will increase through the program. What do I need? 1. An exercise mat 2. Free weights depending on your strength. Suggested weights 5 lb, 10 lb, 12lb, and 15 lb. 3. A desire to lead a healthier life and develop a healthy exercise routine. What can I expect? The program includes 4 videos per week, starting at 15 minutes per video for the stretch and pilates, 20 minutes for the weights class and 10 minutes for the core class. Do I need experience in weight training or Pilates? No. You will learn the basics in the class. What is included in the program? 1. 4 video workouts per week for 8 weeks 2.
