Who Should Do This Program? Anyone looking to take their strength training to the next level. This intermediate program is ideal for those who already have a foundation in weight training and want to progressively lift heavier weights while improving overall conditioning and stamina. The 12-minute dumbbell-based workouts are designed to challenge your muscles, improve form, and build lasting strength. What Do I Need? * An exercise mat, dumbbells, and a dedication to consistent training. * A variety of free weights to allow for progressive overload. What Can I Expect? Three 12-minute intermediate weight training videos per week, each focusing on: a) Chest and shoulders b) Back and biceps c) Lower body with weights Do I Need Experience in Weight Training? Yes. You should already be familiar with basic lifts and proper form. What Is Included in the Program? 3 video workouts per week for 8 weeks, each lasting 12 minutes.
