Who should do this program? This program is for experienced members who are ready for a serious challenge. If you’ve been training consistently and want to push your cardiovascular endurance, muscular stamina, and mental grit, this one’s for you. The ENDURANCE Program is not for beginners—it’s a high-intensity, sweat-dripping, heart-pounding experience. But if you’re up for it, the results will be worth it. What can I expect? Each class is 20 minutes of intense work, rotating between ¼ lb, ½ lb, 1 lb, and 2 lb ropes, combined with weights and bodyweight movements. You’ll move through progressively tougher sets with only 12-second breaks between segments—yes, you read that right. The workouts are fast-paced, well-structured, and built to increase your stamina over time. It’s a 4-week program with 4 classes per week. You’ll build strength, test your limits, and probably say “YIKES” more than once. But you'll finish each class feeling accomplished—and dare we say it—like it was actually fun. Do I need experience with jump rope or strength training? Yes. You should already be comfortable with both jump rope and bodyweight/weighted workouts. The program moves quickly and does not stop to break down exercises. Come ready.
