Who Should Do This Program? Anyone interested in building strength, overall conditioning, and stamina. The 12-minute bodyweight and dumbbell exercises are performed in a circuit format to help individuals of any fitness level develop full-body functional strength, aerobic and muscular endurance, and improved movement quality. The 10-minute jump rope classes have limited breaks and incorporate various weighted ropes. What Do I Need? 1. An exercise mat, dumbbells, and a commitment to maintaining a healthy exercise routine. 2. A variety of free weights. 3. Ideally, a 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, 1 lb, and 2 lb Crossrope jump rope (regular or ropeless), but at least one of them. What Can I Expect? The program includes: 1) Three 12-minute weight training videos per week, each focusing on: a) Chest and shoulders b) Back and biceps c) Lower body with weights 2) One 10-minute core class per week 3) Three 10-minute jump rope classes per week (no stretching, no bodyweight exercises—just jumping) Do I Need Experience in Weight Training? Yes. You should know the basics. Do I Need Experience in Jump Roping? Yes. You should be familiar with the basics but don’t need experience with advanced techniques (e.g., jumping jacks or alternate foot step). What Is Included in the Program? 7 video workouts per week for 8 weeks, each 10 or 12 minutes long. What Is Not Included? Dumbbells Jump ropes and exercise mat 💡 There is no cost for regular monthly Jump Into Shape members!
