Who should do this program? This program is for experienced members who are ready to challenge themselves with weights to build muscle and improve strength. What can I expect? Each class is 12 minutes of intense work. You’ll do 25-second sets followed by 35 seconds of rest, focusing on one body part per class. The program runs 7 days a week for 6 weeks. You’ll build strength, test your limits, and probably say “YIKES” more than once. But you’ll finish each class feeling accomplished, and dare we say it, like it was actually fun. Do I need experience with strength training? Yes. You should already be comfortable with bodyweight and weighted workouts. The program moves quickly and does not pause to break down exercises, so come ready.
