Who is this program for? This program is designed for women with previous Pilates experience who are ready to elevate their workout. It’s a powerful opportunity to build strength, improve balance, and deepen body awareness through the intentional use of light hand weights. What do I need? You’ll need an exercise mat, a pair of light hand weights, and a set of medium dumbbells. Bonus: bring a desire to lead a healthier life and commit to a consistent, empowering exercise routine. What can I expect? The program includes 24 classes, delivered as three 20-minute videos per week. Each session begins with a warm-up and concludes with a stretch. Classes 1 and 2 each week will focus on Pilates using light weights, targeting the lower body, upper body, and core. Class 3 is upper-body focused, incorporating medium dumbbells and ending with a 5-minute core blast.
