Who is this program for? This program is great for all fitness levels, especially if you want to get stronger without cardio, jumping, or explosive movements. We move at a steady pace with a big focus on technique, control, and safety, and every exercise includes modifications and alternatives. What can I expect? Classes are divided into three categories: upper body, lower body, and total body. You’ll do a wide variety of strength and compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once, so you get an effective workout without wasting time. A four-week, program with three classes each week. Each class includes: * A warm-up to get your body ready * Two rounds of exercises, with a 1-minute water break between rounds * A cool-down and stretch to finish Every class focuses on: * Strength training with dumbbells * Slow, controlled movements * Modifications and alternatives * Clear coaching so you understand what each exercise is working Each class is unique, challenging, and fun. Do I need prior experience? No. This program is designed to be beginner-friendly while still offering plenty of challenge for more advanced participants. You control the intensity, and clear guidance is provided throughout. What equipment will I need? * Dumbbells (light, medium, and/or heavy) * Exercise mat * Water bottle * A positive attitude and willingness to move Why you’ll love it You’ll build strength and confidence and feel more comfortable training, so that eventually walking into a gym and knowing what to do feels totally doable.
