Program Overview Have A Seat focuses on building upper body and core strength through a fully seated workout experience. Every exercise is performed from a chair as you move through a variety of shoulder, arm, chest, back, and abdominal movements. We use controlled, intentional movements designed to improve strength, posture, endurance, and mobility while keeping impact low and accessible. Medium to light weights are encouraged, with modifications and alternatives provided throughout the class. Who is this program for? This program is great for all fitness levels, especially for those who: * want a lower-impact workout * are recovering from injury * have difficulty standing for long periods * want to focus on upper body and core strength * prefer a slower-paced but still challenging class * or simply want to “skip leg day” Every exercise includes modifications and alternatives so you can work at your own level safely and confidently. What can I expect? This is a two-week program with three classes each week. Each class focuses on strengthening the upper body and core through a variety of seated movements targeting: * shoulders * arms * chest * upper back * posture muscles * and abdominals You’ll move through combinations of strength, endurance, and core-focused exercises while improving coordination, posture, and overall functional movement. Every class is unique, engaging, and designed to leave you feeling stronger and more energized. Do I need prior experience? No. This program is beginner-friendly while still offering enough challenge for more advanced participants. You control the intensity, and guidance is provided throughout the workout. What equipment will I need? * A sturdy chair * Dumbbells (light to medium weights, or bodyweight) * Exercise mat (optional) * Water bottle * A positive attitude and willingness to move
