It’s designed for those who have some workout experience and are familiar with basic exercises. However, beginners are welcome and can follow the class at their own pace. What Can I Expect? The program includes five 15-minute videos, alternating between cardio and bodyweight sculpting exercises. No equipment is necessary, making it an ideal workout for when you're short on time or away from home. Do I Need Experience in Bodyweight Training? No prior experience is required! However, please note that the instructor does not take time to break down each move for beginners. What Equipment Will I Need?
