Movement for Masters is designed for men and women of most fitness levels — from beginners just starting their fitness journey to experienced gym-goers looking to challenge themselves with new movements and techniques. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to move better, build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in their body. What can I expect? This program focuses on healthy movement patterns, proper technique, and postural awareness, while incorporating cardio conditioning throughout each class. Movement for Masters includes 24 total classes, with 3 classes per week. Each class is 20 minutes long. Every class blends strength + cardio, helping you move well and live strong 💪 Do I need experience with resistance bands or strength training? No advanced experience is required. Modifications are available, and the program is designed to meet you where you are. Beginners are encouraged to move at their own pace, while more experienced participants can push intensity as desired.
