Who should do this program? The classes are geared towards expecting mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. Many of the classes are on the floor for comfort and to help alleviate pressure from the lower back. Classes have modification options for those seeking more beginner-level classes and options to make the class more challenging. There is something for everyone to keep you healthy and in shape during this special time in your life! What do I need? 1. An exercise mat 2. A variety of free weights (optional) What can I expect? The program includes three 20-minute low-impact videos per week. Each week, one class focuses on each of the following: upper-body strength, lower body, and heart-healthy cardio. Exercises are designed to avoid pressure on the core muscles. Do I need experience in weight training? Yes. You should know the basics. What is included in the program? 3 video workouts per week for 4 weeks Dumbbells and mats are NOT included. *** There is no cost for regular monthly Jump Into Shape members***
