ABOUT JUMP INTO SHAPE
Jump Into Shape is an online fitness program with a mission to help you build a healthier body. The program was created by Moshe Moskowitz to share the benefits he gained from jump roping.
When Moshe turned 40, he discovered jump roping as an easy, convenient, and cost-effective way to stay in shape and preemptively combat a family history of diabetes and heart problems. Using the Crossrope© weighted jump ropes for 10 minutes a day, three times a week, he lost 14 pounds the first year and then kept off the weight and added muscle mass in the second year. Moshe is in the best physical shape of his life.
Inspired by his own experiences and needs, Moshe created Jump Into Shape's unique jump roping and bodyweight program. After teaching private classes for a year, Jump Into Shape now offers live streaming classes for men and women accessible from anywhere in the world. Participants receive a virtual class experience by joining a 12-, 30-, or 45-minute class from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
