BEGINNER PROGRAM

In the 6-session beginner program you will learn the four fundamental jump roping skills - bounding, wrist placement and movement, posture, and rope movement - and build the stamina needed to participate in an intermediate program. The first class focuses on form. Each 35-minute class that follows includes stretching, a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, and a challenge. 

No prior jump roping experience is necessary. Ropes and workout mats are provided for in-class use.

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

In the intermediate program you will work towards mastery of several jumps, including alternate foot step, high knee raises, jumping jacks, and skier. Each 35-minute class includes stretching, a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, and a challenge. The intensity increases with each class. 1lb and 2lb ropes are provided for a more intense workout.

Completion of the beginner program or prior jump roping experience is required. Ropes and workout mats are provided for in-class use.

FATHER-SON PROGRAM

Turn your workout into a fun father-son experience in this unique jump rope program. 

In the 6-session program, father and son will learn proper jump roping form and be introduced to a variety of jumps. This moderate workout is design for boys grade 5 and up. 

No prior jump roping experience is necessary. Ropes and workout mats are provided for in-class use.
