Week # 3 - Changing Relationship with the phone to INCREASE productivity to reach life GOALS
Wow, Baruch HaShem (Thank G-d) the first 2 weeks have been successful (see link to blog in the comments)... Week #1 - started putting my phone down at 11pm and didn’t touch it after that… Week #2 - every time I went into the car for less than 20 minutes, I got out of the car, without looking at the phone… starting to build barriers of touch and release…
Week #3 - In addition to continuing the 2 things till now, we will add something a little different… every talk to someone on the phone, while you are scrolling on the phone at the same time??? Not only is it 100% rude, but you can’t fully concentrate on the conversation… So for this week, when I am on the phone with someone, G-d Willing I will not touch my phone… that means I can drive, and even fold laundry (for now) as we are talking baby steps...
It’s all about little steps… I am not saying my approach is the best for everyone, but I have thought about a slow, methodical method to achieve my goals.
