Today when I was praying the words (Serve the Lord with joy, come before Him with praise), I was thinking how every time I exercise it improves my mood and enhances my service of HaShem (G-d). Not surprisingly, this feeling is supported by Michael Otto, PhD, a professor of psychology at Boston University - "The link between exercise and mood is pretty strong," Otto says. "Usually within five minutes after moderate exercise you get a mood-enhancement effect." Michael continues “People know that exercise helps physical outcomes. There is much less awareness of mental health outcomes — and much, much less ability to translate this awareness into exercise action."

Thank you and many blessings,

Moshe
