Modesty Policy

To maintain a modest environment in our classes, the participant (or legal guardian, if the participant is under 18) understands and agrees to the following:

• Women-only classes are exclusively for women and may only be attended and viewed by women.

• Videos featuring women trainers may only be viewed by women.

• Women may attend live classes led by male trainers with their audio and video turned off.
