ABOUT JUMP INTO SHAPE
Jump Into Shape is a men’s jump roping program with a mission to build a healthier guf (body) for our neshama (soul). The program was created by Russell Moskowitz to share the benefits he gained from jumping rope.
When Russell turned 40, he discovered jump roping as an easy, convenient, and cost-effective way to stay in shape and preemptively combat a family history of diabetes and heart problems. Using the Crossrope© weighted jump ropes for 10 minutes a day, three times a week, he lost 14 pounds the first year and then kept off the weight and added muscle mass in the second year. Russell is in the best physical shape of his life.
Inspired by his own experiences and needs, Russell created Jump Into Shape's unique program customized for the orthodox Jewish community.
In-person classes are endorsed and supported by the congregation Rav and scheduled on-site after davening
Live streaming classes allow participants to exercise in the location of their choice
All classes are for men only, ensuring a tznius (modest) environment
