ABOUT JUMP INTO SHAPE
Jump Into Shape is a men’s fitness program with a mission to help any man build a healthier body. The program was created by Russell Moskowitz to share the benefits he gained from jumping rope.
When Russell turned 40, he discovered jump roping as an easy, convenient, and cost-effective way to stay in shape and preemptively combat a family history of diabetes and heart problems. Using the Crossrope© weighted jump ropes for 10 minutes a day, three times a week, he lost 14 pounds the first year and then kept off the weight and added muscle mass in the second year. Russell is in the best physical shape of his life.
Inspired by his own experiences and needs, Russell created Jump Into Shape's unique jump roping and bodyweight program. After teaching private classes for a year, Jump Into Shape now offers live streaming classes so men can exercise from anywhere in the world. Participants choose a 10-minute or 45-minute challenging, fun class through a computer, tablet, or smartphone and see the instructor and other participants, creating a virtual class experience.
