The Jewish month Tishie (Oct 3 - Nov 1, 2024) is filled with many Jewish holidays which can make exercising difficult to plan and fit it. Don't worry, we have created this special challenge program with classes scheduled around the holidays and Shabbos. This action-packed schedule includes 17 days and 7.5 hours of exercise! Only one class is on the day before (erev) of Shabbos or a holiday and only one class is on the day the Shabbos or a holiday ends (motzei). Classes include: jump rope, weights, pilates, yoga, core, pelvic, circuit training, bodyweight, cardio and arm and abs! All women that complete every class by the end of Tishrei will enter a raffle to win $50.
