Who should do this program? This class is designed for women looking to start weight training, build on their current strength, or return to resistance training after taking some time off. The intensity of the workouts will increase through the program. What do I need? 1. An exercise mat 2. Free weights depending on your strength. Suggested weights 5 lb, 10 lb, 12lb, and 15 lb. 3. A desire to lead a healthier life and develop a healthy exercise routine. What can I expect? The program includes 3, 20-minute weight training videos per week, including a class with the following: a) full body with weights, b) lower body with weights, and c) upper body with weights, plus one 10-minute core workout. The class will become more challenging throughout the program and the participant should add additional weight for more resistance. Do I need experience in weight training? No. You will learn the basics in the class. What is included in the program? 1. 4 video workouts per week for 8 weeks 2. Exercise mat ($32 retail) 3.
