Who should do this program? People of all levels and ages looking to increase their cardio, flexibility, and strength while fostering a habit of regular exercise. What do I need? We will provide you with the Crossrope Get Lean set, which includes 1/4 lb (green) and 1/2 lb (white) ropes, and an exercise mat. You will need to provide free weights at a weight where 15 reps is challenging yet achievable. What can I expect? The program includes 5 videos per week, starting at 12 minutes per video and increasing one minute a week to 20 minutes per video. Each video is a combination of jump roping, bodyweight, and free-weight exercises. SAVE THE DATE The challenge culminates with a live online group class at 9:00 AM EST on Sunday, July 14th.
